1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 1grid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

2. Use of Services

1grid provides visual planning and scheduling tools for social media content. You are responsible for any content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the application.

You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Fair Use and Resource Limits

1grid is intended for normal social media planning and scheduling. You agree to use storage, bandwidth, and other platform resources in a reasonable manner consistent with typical personal or business use of the service.

We may review usage patterns to keep the platform available and performant for all users. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use is excessive or abusive—including but not limited to uploading unusually large video files, storing an excessive quantity of media, or otherwise placing disproportionate strain on our infrastructure—we may contact you with a warning and a reasonable opportunity to reduce or correct your usage.

If excessive or abusive use continues after a warning, or in cases of egregious abuse, we reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, suspend, or permanently ban your account from the platform, with or without further notice, to protect the service and other users.

4. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.

5. Content and Ownership

You retain all your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 1grid, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
